CrossFit is evidence based fitness everything we do is measured, whether it be the weight we lifted or how long the workout took us. We have been doing this long enough to know that when your times are improving so is your health. We have had many athletes see their blood pressure and cholesterol drop, just to name a few. We encourage you to get your blood work done and watch the numbers change.
CrossFit’s focus on general physical preparedness prevents common injuries suffered by people less fit. Many of our members run in adventure races, or a 5K or even a triathlon and all have reported better stamina and faster times.
